Connect to assistance programs

The Smoking Vehicle Assistance Program was established by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to improve air quality and respiratory health by reducing the number of smoking vehicles on the road.

The program provides Bay Area residents with a one-stop resource for information on repairing, retiring, and reporting smoking vehicles. If your older vehicle has become your newest headache, contact us, and we’ll help you repair it for less or retire it for more.

Check out the Program Eligibility page and find out what program is the best fit for you.
